Exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our Casa Montero y Bianchi extra virgin olive oils are made exclusively from the Manzanilla Cacereña variety, grown under the Sierra de Gata-Hurdes PDO, one of Spain’s most preserved territories.
Produced through regenerative agriculture, they are cold extracted using mechanical methods, giving birth to a rare olive oil of character, faithful to the standards of the finest exceptional oils.
Extraction takes place within a carefully controlled timeframe, between 2 and 5 hours after the beginning of the harvest. Our partner mill, located only 11 minutes from our groves, guarantees optimal freshness of the fruit and preserves the integrity of the juice.
In 2017, our partner mill was awarded Best Olive Mill in Spain, recognised for its environmental practices and the excellence of its production process.
