First pressing only.
Cold pressing.
Flavoring is carried out at the olive pressing site by the mill.
The pressing mill is 11 km from our farm. It has modern facilities allowing us to obtain the best quality oils without residues or impurities.
The pressing process is individualized: the system is cleaned and the filters are changed for our processing.
The mill received the title of best mill in Spain in 2017
The residues from the grinding are reused as biomass for agriculture.
The water used in the transformation process is treated in the factory.
