Extra virgin olive oil obtained by first pressing only.
Flavoring carried out at the olive pressing site by the mill.
The pressing mill is 11 km from our farm. It has modern facilities to obtain the best quality oils without residue or impurities.
Pressing is individualized: the system is cleaned and filters are changed for our processing.
In 2017, the mill received the title of best mill in Spain.
Grinding residues are reused as biomass for agriculture.
The water used in the processing is treated at the plant.
