Product tasting

A ripe, round and balanced fruitiness

Olfactory aspect : Round bouquet, with aromas of sweet almond, ripe apple, yellow banana and dried fruits. Hints of white flowers and dried fig.

Taste: soft and smooth on the palate , very harmonious. The bitterness is low , the pungency light but present in retro-olfaction. Notes of ripe fruit, toasted almond and candied tomato.

Ardence : delicate, more subtle than the green fruit, but which pleasantly prolongs the length in the mouth.

Harmony : silky, warm profile, which calls for cooked dishes — white meats, roasted fish, soups, fruity desserts.

Fatty acids (100 g of oil):
Oleic acid (monounsaturated): 70–73%
Saturated acids: 12–14%
Polyunsaturated acids: 8–10%

Polyphenols : 250–400 mg/kg

Vitamin E (α-tocopherol) : approx. 10–12 mg/100 g.
