Focus sur les partenaires qui collaborent au projet Casa Montero y Bianchi

Manos

We are pleased to be supported in this project by partner service providers who share our vision and whose daily actions support our approach. We introduce them to you in this section.

MIGUEL L. doesn't talk much. He likes silence and mountains. So, when he talks about the land and olive trees, I listen. He shares his experience with me, and I give him my trust. He oversees the farms for me, takes care of the olive trees, and sometimes offers advice without being too imposing. We agree on the season's objectives. For the rest, as he likes to remind me: "el tiempo es el que manda"; Time is what decides.

Angelica R. is one of those people who transcends adjectives that would try to describe her, laughing in disregard for your choice. She's a banker, but so much more: she takes pleasure in advising you, she's a business facilitator, she makes recommendations, she connects you with her network, and as an ambassador of local culture and traditions, she keeps you informed about must-see events. I wouldn't miss an appointment with my banker for the world.

Noelia D. doesn't mince words or pretend. Managing the company's accounting remotely with me became possible thanks to the ingenious automatic data retrieval tools she implemented. When I approach her with a new issue, nothing is impossible, nothing is beyond her reach. She jots it down on her mini sticky notes, and the moment I turn my back, the procedure arrives via WhatsApp. As formidable as it is efficient...

Manuel C. is the embodiment of the irreconcilable, hurried yet always available character. He is precise in his words, and ideas flow quickly. His family has been preserving olives for five generations. So when he offered me the opportunity to work exclusively with my olive variety, capturing the traditional flavors, I knew we were a perfect match.

Miguel C. is as elusive as the wind. At the helm of one of the most modern mills in Spain, he presses his own harvests and those of anyone who wishes to use his facilities. His press, equipped with state-of-the-art tools, guarantees his customers high-quality oils. His mill was awarded the prize for best mill in Spain in 2017.

Sergio M. is an IT specialist. During the COVID lockdowns, he spent a lot of time in his grandfather's workshop, learning the basics of woodworking from him. He enjoyed it and made it his profession. Nothing is machined; he works exclusively with hand tools.

INMACULADA P. makes real soaps: living soaps, melting soaps, lightly scented soaps. In her small family workshop, she uses very high-quality natural ingredients, starting with extra virgin olive oil, plants gathered from thermal spring areas, and above all, rainwater. Her packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled paper... we love it!!!
