Our products are all made in Spain in the Extremadura region.

Olive and olive oil production takes place exclusively in Valverde del Fresno in the Sierra de Gata

The soaps are made in Plasencia, Extremadura.

The production of utensils from olive wood takes place in Cilleros in the Sierra de Gata

The olive confectionery is located in Almendralejo in Extremadura.

It begins with the cultivation of our olive trees:

Cultivation without irrigation, assuming a yield loss of 2-5%
We do not use pesticides in order to preserve biodiversity (and the beehives located 50m from the farm).
We do not use any chemical sprays to increase tree yields
We do not weed in order to reuse the plant material as a natural nutrient.
Our plot (apart from the enclosure of centuries-old olive trees) is not fenced in order to allow neighboring shepherds and their flocks to graze their sheep. The sheep clear the grass and naturally fertilize the plot.
We limit the use of packaging and have chosen to opt for recycled and recyclable materials.
